FIREBASE_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_JSON or FIREBASE_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_PATH on the server — not this field. Legacy “Cloud Messaging API” can stay Disabled in Firebase. If v1 sends fail, enable Firebase Cloud Messaging API in Google Cloud.
